1. Get rid of clutter - Piles of things serve as distractions and make you feel guilty.

2. Keep the telephone - it can be a convenience- but do not feel obligated to answer it every time it rings.

3. Get and stay out of debt. 

4. Spend more time with family and friends. 

5. Read more, and watch less television.

6. Collect and pay bills 2x a month only.

7. Consider your closet. Is it really worth saving all those items? Toss, recycle or sell the excess.

8. Delegate more- Let others learn, grow and accept responsibility.


9. Simplify decision-making - Agonize only over major ones; Treat minor ones without agony

10. Volunteer to do something only after you give up something else.

11. Buy in bulk - avoid buying frequently and individual items.

12. Encourage people to question unnecessary activities or procedures which unduly complicate the tasks.

13. Say "No" to people, things tasks, places and opportunities that clutter up your life!

1. Important and Urgent - must be done right away or very soon.

2. Urgent But Not Important - low in priority but has a deadline.
3. Busy Work - multitasking keeps the important things from being done.

4. Wasted Time - after doing something that makes us regret not doing something else more worthwhile.
5. Important But not Urgent - No deadlines but needs to be done.
