Having been a resident of Los Angeles, CA since 1981, I was born and raised in Manila Philippines. I am an adventurer who loves to travel and meet new friends all over the world besides enjoying exquisite food and experiencing various cultures. People interaction and sharing what I have are my passions in life. Making a difference drives my utmost energy. 

I am an Accountant, a Financial Manager and Consultant. I network for both business and social acquaintances. Currently, I am the Property Manager of my 2 apartment buildings, providing a high quality of living for tenants-condominium style at rental prices. Community service is a major part of my life. I volunteered for Kaiser hospice patients and Covenant House. Presently, I am serving at St. Jane Frances de Chantal's Eucharistic ministry.  Being in real estate, I have helped several people obtain loans, purchased or sold their houses no matter how impossible it seemed in the beginning.

Given such positive outlook and zest for life, real estate is a perfect fit for me. I love people from all races. I have had 15 successful years of experience as a landlord.
